Myanmar - educational support
Myanmar – support for education in the children’s hostel
The children have been in permanent lockdown for many months, as the country
has suffered periods of genocide, political and religious discrimination,
military domination, food shortages and the closure of financial institutions not
forgetting Covid. The children have been
educated at home in their hostel by visiting teachers and specialists
presenting language development sessions and miscellaneous workshops.
Congratulations to Andy and his team for their endeavours in counteracting the
many daily challenges they encounter. Photographs
show children studying- group activity and glimpses of the harsher facets of
life in Myanmar.
