On this occasion we are fortunate to support again a
sizable disabled community in Uganda that is monitored and cared for by Sophie and team as part of Sophgenyi
Feeble Care Initiative (Feeble Care Uganda), a registered non-profit
organization with a vision to transform the lives of persons with disability
(PWDs) within their communities. They
advocate for inclusion basing on the principles of “Leaving No One
Behind”.
There are no superlatives to describe Sophie
and her team as they endeavour to bring dignity to the disabled and in doing so
advocate for , a sustainable life style and
promoting a very positive difference allowing
the community to be a major influential factor in their own growth and
development.

Care Initiative - scfi Empowering
Ability through Poultry 
Thrilled to announce the launch of our poultry project in Hoima, where
20 homesteads of Persons with Disabilities each received chickens to kick-start
small-scale poultry businesses.
This initiative is helping to boost household incomes, promote independence,
and advance inclusion in our communities.
We extend our deepest gratitude to our friends and partners in Aghalee whose
generous support made this possible

Together, we are building an inclusive Uganda where disability is not
inability
