This morning A Ray of Hope received greetings and hopes of ever lasting prosperity from Vice Governor, Hyo-Won Seo, at Gyeonggi-Do Uijeongbu City. Gyeonggi Province is the largest local government which surrounds Seoul, the capital of South Korea. The province has many exciting plans for future development which we will be able to relate in the future. A reciprocal message of friendship was returned to the Vice Governor.
